Local Pools put our pool in 8 years ago and the service was sensational. Eight years on and I can still call Justin and ask for advice with any issues I may have. Not too many mind you. I have and would continue to recommend Local Pools to anyone in the market for a pool.
Our experience with Local Pools was excellent right from the start with Grant up until the very end with handover with Renee. We were kept informed the entire time and had no problems at all, the whole process was very smooth. We have dealt with Local Pools, Justin & Renee, for many years now, keeping our beautiful pool in top condition and their service has always been excellent. (Our pool was installed when we built our new home nearly 10 years ago.)
Justin and crew installed our plungle pool 1 month ago. Right from the beginning I knew from talking to Aaron the sales rep we are in good hands. They know what they talking about and very thorough following through. Council and water board slow us down a bit but once approval it was just green lights. They craned the swimming pool over our house to fit perfectly into position. Justin never stops moving making sure everything is perfect. And you know the setup. You can ring the office anytime to get any questions answered. Very happy with everyone that was involved with our pool. From start to finished very comfortable and confident that Justin and the team will do a great job. And can call up anytime if I have any problems. Highly recommend.

Fantastic service. Luke and his team are brilliant, honest and go out of their way to help however possible to accommodate. I was so concerned about getting our pool due to the horror stories told by other people of issues they had with other companies so this stuck in the back of my head but the experience was seamless.
They were so easy to deal with, communication is great and you are not left days without a response when needing something someone always followed up. Cannot recommend highly enough. And go the vantage system best thing ever!!

We always dreamed of a pool for our kids and after a lot of research we decided to go ahead with Local Pools. Being very busy with very little time to spend cleaning the pool, Local Pools were a lot more attractive than Narellan Pools or the other pool companies we reached out to. My husband’s cousins have the Vogue model pool and they told us that they have never cleaned it since they installed it and it looks amazing, so we were sure that a pool like that was what we wanted. Unfortunately we had an easement running next to where we wanted to position the pool and several other things didn’t comply. It was not easy but Local Pools team never gave up on us and helped us to the very end. The pool got excavated and installed within two days! We could not believe how quickly it all happened once we received Council Approval. Kathryn and Renee helped us to obtain the Construction Certificate and did all the paperwork for us. Justin, the owner, was always there for us from the installation to the handover. Nothing was ever a problem for Justin, he always replied to all my many messages and phone calls with patience and professionalism. His patience is highly commendable! Justin was and still is always happy to help and for this reason I strongly believe that he needs to be praised all he does. Even after handover he came to our house to help us with the cleaning of our pool (lots of dirt from landscaping went inside the pool) and we were extremely grateful. The entire Local Pools team really care about their products and we highly appreciate everything they have done for us. I would never hesitate to recommend them to anyone. We love our beautiful pool and we look forward to enjoy it, without cleaning it so much, for the next many years to come.
Great before and after sales service. Had an absorption pitt and local pools help address all the issues to ensure compliance. I was after low maintenance, the infloor cleaning system and the recommended automatic chlorinator help achieve my objective

Not only did you tum up on time with every appointment. There was even one occasion that you would not be there on time, in which we received a phone call and told that you had been detained and would be there in 45 minutes and you were. This sort of customer service was truly appreciated. We were also pleased with the speed and professionalism shown to us, before during and even after the pool and spa were finished.
Not only did we receive a fantastic product (The cross trainer Bi-Luminate 10m) but your friendly service, prompt delivery and professionalism exceeded our expectations. Nothing was ever a problem, we had a construction cover put over our pool for eight months as we were knocking down and rebuilding our house. This of course made us a little nervous, but thanks to your confident reassurance we felt a lot better.
Our pool looks great and the whole experience for us was totally stress free. Given the bad publicity that a lot of pool companies seem to have these days we were quite prepared for a disaster story, but to our pleasant surprise the whole process could not have gone any smoother.
We installed a Vantage cleaning system in our pool and I would highly recommend that people invest in this system as I can honestly say that I have never had any problems or had to manually clean my pool in the 2 years that we have had it. The pool looks after itself and always looks lovely and inviting because the Vantage cleaning system keeps it so clean. It also helps heat my pool evenly as it moves the water around constantly, so no more hot and cold spots when you get in. Thank you Local Pools and Spas for recommending the Vantage system.
