Sutherland Families Expect the Best — We Consistently Deliver It
Sutherland sits at the centre of the Shire's civic and commercial life — a well-established residential suburb with good transport connections, solid family homes and the kind of community that has been investing in quality outdoor living for generations. Pool ownership in the Sutherland Shire is among the highest in greater Sydney, and Sutherland itself is no exception.
Block sizes in Sutherland vary, with the suburb's mix of established family homes offering everything from compact terraces to generous full-size blocks. On the right block, a Compass pool transforms the outdoor space — and with the Vantage self-cleaning system, it does so with almost no ongoing effort. No vacuuming. No manual dosing. Just a pool that's always ready.
We serve Sutherland from our Smeaton Grange base and have been building across the Sutherland Shire for over 28 years. Our closest direct project is right in the Shire — an X-Trainer 7m Narrow with Beach Zone in Barden Ridge. Visit our display centre to see the full Compass range.
