South West Sydney Is One of Our Most Active Building Regions
South-west Sydney covers a vast and diverse territory — from the inner established suburbs of Strathfield and Bankstown to the growing outer corridors of Liverpool, Leppington and Austral. It is a region of family-oriented communities, strong outdoor lifestyle culture and a pool market that has been growing consistently for decades. Local Pools and Spas has been active throughout south-west Sydney since 1998, building Compass fibreglass pools for families from Fairfield to Fairfield Heights, Liverpool to Leppington.
The region's block sizes — particularly in the established inner suburbs — are often more generous than many Sydney families expect, and the newer growth corridors of Leppington, Austral and Prestons offer clean new-build blocks that are ideal for pool installation. Whether you are on a tight established block or a generous new-build lot, there is a Compass pool shape that works for your space.
We serve south-west Sydney from our Smeaton Grange base and cover both the Liverpool City Council and Canterbury-Bankstown Council areas. Visit our display centre or request a free site visit.
