Prestons Families Are Choosing Local Pools & Spas
Prestons is a well-established residential suburb in the Liverpool LGA — a community of predominantly owner-occupied family homes with good block sizes and a strong sense of neighbourhood. Families here are investing in their properties long-term, and a quality backyard pool is one of the most popular and high-value upgrades in the area.
The suburb's position in south-west Sydney puts it within easy reach of both Liverpool's services and the Macarthur region's amenities. Block sizes are generous compared to many inner-ring Sydney suburbs, giving families real room to install a pool that works properly.
We serve Prestons from our Smeaton Grange base and have been building throughout south-west Sydney since 1998. Visit our display centre to see the Compass range in person.
