Mount Annan Families Know How to Live Outdoors
Mount Annan is one of the Camden LGA's most established and desirable residential suburbs — built around the Australian Botanic Garden and offering a lifestyle that places green space, walking tracks and outdoor living at its centre. Families here are settled, owner-occupied and actively investing in their properties. A pool is a natural next step for a suburb that already has outdoor living in its DNA.
The suburb's established blocks, mature gardens and strong community character make it one of the most rewarding suburbs to build a pool in. There's typically room to do it properly — and the suburb's elevated position offers great views and privacy that make the outdoor entertaining experience genuinely special.
Our Smeaton Grange base puts us minutes from Mount Annan, and we've been building throughout the Camden LGA since 1998. Visit our display centre to see the full range in person.

Pool pricing depends on shape, size, colour and site. Mount Annan's established blocks vary in slope and configuration — we assess on-site. Entry-level Compass pools start from around $50,000 installed.
What is the Vantage self-cleaning system?
The Vantage system is Compass's exclusive in-floor cleaning technology. Water circulates from nozzles in the pool floor, pushing debris to the skimmer automatically — no vacuuming, fewer chemicals, more consistent water temperature. It's the most talked-about feature among our customers and a key reason Mount Annan families choose Compass.
