Built for Glen Alpine's Generous Blocks and High Standards
Glen Alpine is one of the Macarthur region's most established and sought-after suburbs — a low-density residential community built around the Campbelltown Golf Course, with blocks ranging from 800 to 1,900 square metres and homes that have been carefully maintained and improved over decades. With a median house price above $1.3 million and 91% of homes owner-occupied, it's a suburb where people invest seriously in their properties — and a backyard pool is one of the most popular upgrades we see.
The suburb's large, well-established blocks are genuinely ideal for pool installation. There's typically room to site a pool without compromising the outdoor entertaining area, and the mature gardens and privacy screening that most Glen Alpine homes enjoy make the finished result feel like a resort. We've installed everything from compact Express Pools in tighter yard sections to full-size Vogue 8.2 installations in bold colours — see our project gallery for examples from right in the suburb.
With 10 parks covering nearly 29% of the suburb's area, Glen Alpine residents already have a strong connection to outdoor living. A backyard pool is the natural next step — private, convenient, and available year-round.

We've been building pools throughout the Campbelltown and Macarthur region since 1998, and Glen Alpine is one of our most established building areas. We've installed pools on the large blocks throughout the golf course estate and know the suburb well.
Do I need council approval to install a pool in Glen Alpine?

What does a fibreglass pool cost in Glen Alpine?
Pool pricing in Glen Alpine depends on shape, size, colour and site specifics. Glen Alpine's large established blocks are generally well-suited for full-size installations. Entry-level Compass pools start from around $50,000 installed. Get a free on-site quote for an accurate figure.
What is the Vantage self-cleaning system and do I need it?
The Vantage system is Compass's exclusive in-floor cleaning technology. Water is pushed up from nozzles in the pool floor, circulating debris toward the skimmer automatically — no manual vacuuming, reduced chemical usage and more consistent water temperature. It's the most talked-about feature among our customers and a major reason Glen Alpine families choose Compass over other brands.
Can I see a Compass pool in person before deciding?
Yes — our display centre in Smeaton Grange is a short drive from Glen Alpine. Come in and see Compass pools in person — compare colours, touch the finishes and talk through your project with no obligation.
How long does it take to install a fibreglass pool in Glen Alpine?
Once approvals are in place, the physical installation of a fibreglass pool typically takes 1–2 weeks on site. Total project timelines — including Campbelltown City Council approvals, site preparation and fencing — usually run between 8 and 16 weeks from contract. We'll give you a realistic timeline estimate as part of your free quote consultation.
